Summer is coming! The Kanack School is delighted to provide music lessons and camps throughout the summer. Our summer policy is as follows:   Choose a number of lessons you would like to receive. Discuss the arrangement of lessons with your private teacher. If your teacher is not available during the summer, please check with the office for your choice of available teachers. Pre-Twinkle Suzuki Cello Class Starting April 19

  Pre-Twinkle Suzuki Cello Class Starting in April This 10 week session is open to children ages 2-9 and their parents. Students are introduced to basic techniques on cello; parents learn techniques plus Suzuki philosophy and how to help their child at home. The class meets 1 hour weekly.   Space will be limited so register early!   Day/Time: Thursdays, 5:30-6:30   Cost: $125 plus $15 registration fee   To register, please call or stop in office.  

JUNE 4--Orchestra Concert at Council Rock Primary Sch

  Our annual Orchestra concert will be held on Monday, June 4th at 7:00 p.m. It will be held in the auditorium at Council Rock Primary School, 600 Grosvenor Road, Roch, NY  14610. The Saturday Reading Orchestra and the Monday KSSO Orchestra will be performing. The concert will last approximately one hour.  Performers: Invite friends and family to come watch you perform! Performers: Please arrive at 6:30 for tuning.

Annual HALLOWEEN Party! Sat, Oct. 29, 6:00-9:00 p.m.

This is an annual family friendly, musical, costume party.   Faculty and guest artists perform. A candy toss, a costume contest and lots of good food and fun. Bring a dish to share! Saturday October 29th 6:00 pm  -> 9:00 pm        

Kick-Off Party to start the Academic Year! Sat, Sep.17,

This year we're opening the academic season with a kick-off party! This is for all students, their families, and faculty. The date is Saturday, Sept 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. Bring a snack or drink to share, an instrument, and prepare to have some fun. We will choose 'houses' for each student, play music, eat, chat, and get the year off to an inspiring start.

OPEN REGISTRATION starts June 8th

  Open Registration begins June 8th   Lesson times will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis. Please stop in the office to register.   [At this time, you do not have to pay for the Fall quarter to register. You only need to pay the registration fee ($25) to reserve your slot.]  

House Competition
